JARED ETTINGER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 

Jared joined Berkshire Realty in 2010. He possesses an extensive background in commercial real estate, throughout Florida and Georgia that spans over ten years and includes retail development and tenant representation. Jared's skillset also includes representing developers on the identification and acquisition of retail development properties. In the last three years, he has completed over $300M worth of shopping center projects with anchor tenants such as Whole Foods, Ferrari, Porsche, Dicks Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, and many other national retailers.

His tenant representation experience includes market research, development, acquisitions, sales/lease negotiations and asset management for tenants such as Wal-Mart, Chase Bank, Heartland Dental, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, and Starbucks. Berkshire's extensive relationship with Starbucks has resulted in nearly 40 new locations in Florida. Starbucks has recognized Berkshire's success so much so that they have brought real estate managers from all over the United States in order to study growth strategies and practices used.
