JASON FANCELLAS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Jason joined Berkshire Realty in 2005. He possesses an extensive background in commercial real estate that spans over a dozen years including retail development and tenant representation. His prior experience in development consulting services for national big box retailers has given him a unique understanding of the industry with regards to budgeting, scheduling and the entitlement processes.

 

His experience with market research, development, acquisitions, sales/lease negotiations and asset management includes working with tenants such as Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Chase Bank, YUM Brands, Starbucks and developers and investors. Jason worked with Home Depot in site selection and consulting services for over 25 stores across the southeast.
