JOHN PARK PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

John has more than 30 years of of real estate experience specializing in retail tenant representation. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic planning and execution for a large number of well known national and regional retailers/restaurants. He has performed site selection and transactional services many Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Kroger, Chase Bank, Academy Sports, Starbucks, Children’s Learning Adventure, Barnes & Noble and Walgreens. John’s focus has been in Georgia/Florida but he’s also completed transactions in many other southeastern and southwestern cities. John has considerable experience with all aspects of real estate development and acquisitions. John has developed a whole-market approach to maximize market share for his clients and leverages his many relationships with developers to help his clients secure key locations at competitive market rates.
After starting his real estate career in Dallas Texas in 1983, he was hired by Roger Staubach in 1990 to join his company and focus on corporate tenant representation. In 1995 as the company grew John was chosen to expand the company as a partner in the newly formed Atlanta office. At the beginning of 2000, he decided to break out on his own and open Berkshire Realty, LLC.
